Rest 1:30 between sets.

Set 1 - 60% of 5RM Back Squat

Set 2 - 65%

Sets 3-5 - 70%



With A Partner:

15:00 AMRAP:

50 Double Unders

2 Rope Climbs (15ft)


*The “resting” partner will hold a 45-lb plate while the other partner completes a round. Male and Female both hold a 45-lb plate.
