Scaled - 86 Single Unders. Every break during the S2OH and the jump rope is a 2 lateral burpee over the bar penalty.


RX - Every break on the dubs or S2OH is a 4 lateral burpee over the bar penalty.


RX+ - Any break resets the movement to zero.
