Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Parts Unknown!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your introductory class. This allows you the opportunity to meet the coaching staff, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. We offer your first three classes free of charge to find out if CrossFit Parts Unknown is for you.

During the introductory classes, you will be introduced to the basic, fundamental movements of CrossFit. There will also be a short, relatively intense WOD so the coaching staff can assess and evaluate movement. This will also give you a feel for how a normal CrossFit classes are conducted.
